| I have watched a lecture for sheikh Mohammed Hasaan .The topic was misunderstanding of ISLAM There were funny stories he has mentioned as examples . 1. Two men claiming they were very religious came to a woman (she was pregnant )and her husband and killed them .After this big crime they continued their journey. They came to a garden and by chance a peice of friut fall down on the ground , one of them tried to eat .The other shouted on him saying Nooooooooo !!!! dont do this It is HARAM with out taking the permission of the owner of the Garden 2- After the IQAMA (calling for the prayer to begin) Two men suddendly perhaps not met for a long time hugging each other were very close to the mosque . A MUSLEM brother claiming DAEEI ( Preacher) shouted saying hey you DONKIES go and pray . Sheikh Hasaan said he was close to this inccident and replied why do they have to pray ? they dont have to .The DAEE ( so called )answered how do you say this YAA SHEIKHUNA ? He said he answered do DONKIES PRAY ? he said no. so you called them they are DONKIES Some thing I think he wanted to teach was 1-Being a muslem with out living as a Muslem is useless 2- we dont have to be ignornat DAEES despite we might know some thing about the religion.The most important thing for the DAEE is to be flexible and wise [wlm] :) |
