ISLAMIC RELEIF PRESENTS

AN EVENING OF INSPIRATION

A spiritually uplifting series of evenings featuring world
famous Islamic entertainers, with all proceeds going towards
Islamic Relief's projects in aid of children around the world.

Dates and Venues:

Friday 9th April 2004
Aston Event Centre, Aston Hall Road , Birmingham , B6 7LB

Saturday 10th April 2004
Royal Concert Hall, 2 Sauchiehall Street , Glasgow , G2 3NY

Monday 12th April 2004
Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gore, London , SW7 2AP

On each date, doors open at 5.15 pm and the show starts at 6.00 pm

Artists include:

* Zain Bhikha ( South Africa ) - Now in the 10th year of recording
and performing Nasheeds, working with Yusuf Islam's Mountain of
Light Productions he has recorded four albums and continues to
perform his soulful and inspiring nasheeds worldwide.

* Sami Yusuf ( UK ) - Sami learnt to play several instruments at a
very young age and gradually began to show a keen interest in
singing and composing. Sami who is a devout practicing Muslim
sees songs as a means of promoting the message of Islam and
encouraging the youth to be proud of their religion and identity.
Performing in London only.

* Native Deen ( USA ) - The eclectic sounds that take note in their
American Muslim upbringing has made the trio known as Native Deen
a hit with people of all ages. Fans describe their music as not
only 'upbeat' but also 'uplifting' in a world where there is so
much negativity.

* Imad Rami ( Syria ) - Famous ex-Arabic pop singer, Imad Rami has now
devoted his talents to performing heart rendering Islamic nasheeds. Hailing
from Syria , Imad Rami and his group are the world's number one Arabic
nasheed group with a following all over the world.

* Ahmed Ahmed ( USA ) - Comedy derived from a series of stories based on
his Egyptian background and his Muslim faith, dealing with
stereotypes that most Arab and Muslims face during these vulnerable
times post September 11th. His struggle to keep and talk about his
faith has been proven to provide good clean comedy. Fun for the
whole family.
