| [slm] Ah MF... You are so right. I was feeling bad about it because really we should not do it. I was reading the article Islam Q&A put up about April Fools and even wrote one for my son and for the library. I mean, how sad is that? I am telling my son not to... and I couldn't resist. Guess I got along way to go... may Allah swt help me. I hesitated before putting it up, too. I thought it was pretty funny and reflected on what the scholars wrote, when the gang began posting here, about harming Muslims. So please forgive me if your heart took a leap... i am just hoping the leap was of sadness and not joy! I will delete this post in a couple of days. |

| Kathy I was just teasing as you can see at the bottom of my post. I know it's a bidaa, with ancient pagan roots of course and then it was added onto by Christians later on as with all the other celebrations. Let's just say you wanted to play a joke on us and it just happend to coincide with the beginning of April. :) |
