Salam,

1. Not sure what that's asking.. Have a look around the marriage section on www.themodernreligion.com, I think there's a part on rights of spouses.

2. I'd say the student should actively try to avoid doing this given the instructions pertaining to mutilation/invasion of a dead body (ie breaking the bone of a dead person is worse than that of a living, both sin). However, if it's for medical research purposes and absolutely essential, there are probably some fatwa lying around say it's just very disliked.. He should consult with an imam he trusts and, if he is instructed it was a sinful act, he should repent insh'Allah.

3. No tabacco = no smoking hadiths I believe. There were some substances like it from China though..

as salaamu alaykum,

about the rights of husband and wife -- there are a lot of really good articles about this on the web.  If you go to a search engine like yahoo or google and type in 'marriage in islam', I am sure you can find a lot of good information.

about tobacco,  I don't know of any specific texts from the Qur'an or the hadeeth that talk it, but many 'ulama say smoking is *not* permissible, because of the general teaching that we should not partake in things that are harmful for us.

wasalaamu alaykum :)
