God Bestowed a Favor on You Some of you regard it as a personal favour to me that you became Muslims. I say that when you became Muslims, you conferred favours on no one; rather, God bestowed a favour on you by guiding you to the true faith. If you are truly people of faith, you should acknowledge this. God knows all that is hidden, both in the heavens and on the earth; he watches over your actions. -Qur'an, Al-Hujurat, Surah 49:17-18
