| [slm] you guys my computer is too hot, not the screen part but the memory part . i know it is a machine but it is really, really, hot and it smells sometimes. is there something wrong with it?. |

| [slm] there should be a fan working when you turn on the computer, do you hear it? it is not good if your computer heats up. if this is a new computer it will shut itself if it heats too much. take the cpu tower to a computer shop and they will tell you what's wrong with it. i remember that you said you were from toronto. if you would like to take your computer to a muslim computer shop IM me, otherwise, any computer shop will do the job. take care wasslam |

| if it's hot to the touch then it sounds like your cooling fan or something isn't working properly.. bring it to a computer repair place.. trust me... one time my computer caught on fire!! :o :o it was amusing but kinda scary and i lost my old hard drive :( |

| [slm] I once changed my video card, and, did it get hot. The computer started just crashing, and kept on crashing every 3 seconds or so. Finally I just opened the whole thing up and blew a big fan into it. After that it was all right. I found out now that boards that have got advanced enough to use the heatsink alone is all right. What are the specs btw, that info could help. [slm] |
