Turning Muslim in Texas Date: Tuesday 20th April Time: 05:25 - 05:55 (Early Morning) Channel: Channel 4 A documentary which looks at how some conservative white Americans are abandoning their strict Christian upbringings to convert to Islam. But their newly found faith does not stop them from criticising Muslims. 3. | [slm] Thanks for the notice. I've taped the Yusuf Islam interview. Did you see it? I thought it was really interesting and informative becuase I never really knew of his musical background and career. It was a good chance for Yusuf to tell his side of the story becuase I know he was wary of the press from previous experience. I've seen the Texas documentary before and that was good too. |
