| [slm] Okay, any IT peeps here to help? I've been having major probs with my comp becuase of this annoying sasser virus which shuts down my comp with 1 minutes notice. I've got the remover tool from windowsupdate.com but the sasser virus keeps jumping back onto my comp as soon as i go online. The endless rebooting is doing my noodle in! I tired to install an update thingy called KB835732 but after finally downloading it, the daft thing said it failed! anyone know any preventative antivirus software to get rid of this stupid thing? should I try dl-ing the same windows prog? Am I the only person to be suffering? ARGGGGGH!!!!! it's come back on again! |

| [slm] Jazakallah khair for the response. I'm sorry to have an outburst on these boards. Feel a bit silly now. If the sasser virus taught me anything it's that I'm a net junkie! :-[ Alhamdullillah, it's working again. We had to dl the removal tools and stuff from the library comps and then run it on our comp. Man, i need a bebzi after that stress! [] |
