| My grandbaby spent 5 hours in the emergancy room last night. She has a touch (begining) phnomonia (sp) She was sent home with med so it must not be that bad. My daughter-in-law is an awesome mother, but the other night as I held my crying grandbaby I knew something wasn't right, I have carefully mentioned my concern, but I don't want to harp and make my wonderful daughter feel uncomfortable or make her feel I don;t think she knows what she is doing. I left that night worried and the next night her breathing scared the kids enough to take her to the ER. She was not breathing properly. Truth be know, my sweet little granddaughter seems to of always had breathing problems since birth. Many of you may remember when she was born I posted of her hard beginning, she inhaled her mess before she was born and was on O2, IV and anti-biotics.She is always raspy or wheezing and I wish they would get another opinion. She always has some respirtory thing going on. So I would like to request duas for her and her parents. Other than this she is a very healthy and happy little girl. Gosh, it is hard to believe she is almost 8 months old. Thank you I am really worried, maybe someone on the board who is in the Medical world can suggest some tests the parents can request. I have raised 2 children and been around many others, I have never heard all this wheezing and raspiness from a baby, months on end. |

| update: My granddaughter is much better, however they feel she may have asthma and is now on an enbulizer (sp) also abuteral (sp) I had always suspected there were more problems as she seems to rapy and wheezy a lot and gets a lot of colds also, but raspy and wheezy even when she was without a cold. I did not want to push the issue as I did not want to offend my daughter-in-law. But have gently hinted at having her checked by a specialist. Thank you for the duas. She is such a happy little girl. Geeesh, it is so hard to believe she is coming up on a year old in a few months. |
