| [slm] I won't be on the net much anymore. I have removed my home computer and today, my last day of contract, I received a fax that my contract is not being renewed. well, I m not worried. Allah (swt) has looked after me all along, and it may be good coz this job meant too much tension. Also it requires a person who loves the limelight. but do pray 4 me may Allah (swt) grant you all the best in both worlds. Thanks |

I hope you find some good out of your situation, and may you get another way to earn your income very soon, inshallah. :) And anyway like Bro Humble says, there are internet cafes, and the like. Please keep posting and coming to the board if it is at all possible for you inshallah. I'm sure I speak for many people when I say I really enjoy reading your posts. | [slm] and thanks to you all. actually I was able to get on the computer so much in the past because I had one independent of my children. Now I have to wait until their computer is free, so I said I won't be on the net much. and yes, I have learnt from my own life that whatever losses I have had to bear, were in fact blessings in disguise :) Some day I hope to explain that for the benefit of all. I am trying to get back the job previous to the one I have lost. It won't pay much but about a year in that job will qualify me for a small pension, and maybe I can then get some operations done. I had seen this situation coming, so I haven't had a shock. thanks again and may Allah bless you all for the duas and concern. |

| [slm] alhamdulillah, Allah answers so quickly :) the old job, that was frozen two years ago, and would have stayed frozen for another one and a half years, was unfrozen and I have it back. alhamdulillah :) as I said it will probably pay about 25-30% of my contract job, and my wife may have to subsidise my living, but I do have a job now. and I will be out of my house only from 7 am till 5:15 pm, will have two days off in the week, and not worry about customers and workers shouting at me, and the company headquarters not paying enough to keep the customers and the workers and the regulatory bodies happy, and I will have a 1600 cc cheuffer driven car for office use. I won't have to drive (can't drive anyway). alhamdulillah. may Allah (swt) solve your problems as well, and even in a beter manner. and I have asked my children to rig up their old Pentium-I, and to make it ready for me with LAN cards and all that. It can't be slower than old me ;) |
