I know I've posted this before. This is a GREAT website: http://www.understandquran.com

It has some pdf's that we used for our own arabic classes and I know could benefit anyone wants to start learning some Arabic so they can understand the Quran better. (esp by this coming Ramadan)

There's dictionaries of the quran, a word list of the top 80% of the words that appear in the Quran, arabic grammar guides, tajweed rules, spoken arabic/slang list, urdu to arabic resources.. all kindsa stuff so check it out ;)

I am having trouble finding Quran recitations and burning them on CD. I can never find any website, or maybe I don't look as hard. Lazy.  ;) But I went to a lot of the links and Islamcity and etc. etc. Does anyone know where I can find Recitations of The Quran in English and/or Arabic and burn them on CD?

[wlm]

By the way, I did check the site, it is kinda like another website I know, but interesting  :)

bro Medo I found a couple of sites with an incredible number of Qaris, but lost all data with my computer.

I will keep looking, and maybe someone will help. why not listen to jannah's selection:

http://www.jannah.org/quran

i typed "quran recitation" as search string, and the first unsponsored site that comes up is _________. can you guess?

My head is a lil dizzy I guess. And timbuktu I think it was Jannah.org/quran that popped up first? Am I right?  ;)

yes bro Medo, jannah is the first one in the search.

and sis Nisa, islamway has a nice variety, but there was another site. Well one day I will get it.

and your second site is misspelt, it is actually:

http://www.kitabullah.com/

perhaps you could modify your post.
