Question about migration

[slm] It is nice to back the board back ...  :) Question on migration: Someone mentioned to me that the Prophet SAWS had said that he will not be responsible for those who live in kuffar country.   :o  :(  Has anyone heard of this before and if so have more information on this?   ie. on what context was this said? Because this is difficult to swallow - especially since there were many sahabas that did go other countries, right? I know many of you are well learned on hadith, so I look forward to your replies.
