| [slm] I wrote this long post on when Panjul Met Se7en and it didnt post. It's gone! It's lost! I can't write it again cuz I have to go to Austin to drop my brother off! So inshallah when I come back I will write it then....If i come back in time... If not, then tomorrow inshallah. So be on the lookout for "When Panjul Met Se7en." And Abut Hamzah too, but he doesnt count that much. :D Salams |

| wlm, Man i hate when that happens ! :( If the server times out you can hit File > Work Offline and go Back.. sometimes the browser saves it, sometimes it doesn't. You can try to copy (control-C) your text before you send it.. and best yet is to write a long post in your word processor (which usually automatically save) before pasting it in here. |

| [slm] I was supposed to go the valima, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it. Anyhow, Se7en is now living near by (an hour's drive away) so I will have lots of chances for getting together. The other day we made plans to have dinner at her house but that was cancelled as well. (Se7en was offering to cook...seems like Abu Hamza's stomach has been doing fine, although one time she almost did burn down the apartment complex.) ;) I recognized Se7en immediately; she was adjusting her bag as I came up to her. She didnt recognize me, even though I had told her I would be wearing this nasty grey shalwar qameez. So there we were at an Islamic class (www.almaghrib.org)... It was finally nice to put a face to the person I had known for more than 5 years. I mean we did exchange pictures and everything but...it's different to meet in person. She's as awesome as she is on the board and of what I know of her through email and chatting. At first she seems shy, but then you get to know her... :o haha.. just kidding. I had always imagined that she must have noor to her face and mashallah she does. So does Abu Hamza. You know how you can get vibes from people just by looking at them, seeing how they talk, dress, look, etc. Both Abu Hamza and Se7en have this clamness and serenity about them. They truly deserve each other and they look so cute walking together. Mashallah, very nice couple. Shazia definately has very good manners, her parents brought her up well. :) I think inshallah we are going to be soul sisters. :) I can't wait to meet both of their families one day...I'm sure they are as awesome as Se7en is. |

| [wlm] that's so cute.. but WHY didn't u come to the waleema >:( btw isn't it weird to meet people u've known on the internet for years and years... after the initial shock it's pretty comfortable.. but every person i've met turns out to be different than what i thought... odd how our online personalities are different from our 'real life' one's... |

| [slm] I think I'm the same as my online 'personality':) but who knows really...:) I dont talk to much in real life..only chime in now and again when I think I have someting 'substantial' to say. Lets just say, what I think is important isnt always important or appropriate. ;D But whatever....it's good when people meet... it's friday enjoy! peace |

as salaamu alaykum, aww it was so nice meeting panjul also, she's so cute :) I was surprised though, from her politically opinionated posts on the board I thought she would be a lot louder in real life :P but she's very mellow and quiet, so sweet :) I'm looking forward to getting to know her better, now that I'm in the neighborhood :) btw the al-maghrib classes are *awesome*.. if they are available in your vicinity you should definitely go for it.. I benefitted soo much, alhamdulillah.. wasalaamu alaykum :) |
