[slm] A sister asked how she should perform ta7allul (cutting/shortening of the hair) required to relieve herself of the condition of Ihraam if she has short hair?  I have never had to look this answer up? so I have no idea?  Anyone know about this? If I find anything in the meantime I will post here too, inshaAllah. Salam Shahida :-)

[slm] for women, a single snip of hair is all that is required to satisfy ta7allul (or release from state of ihram).  she does not need to cut all her hair short, just a few strands are enough. take care wassalam Mona
