I have been shoppping for my daughter-in-laws baby shower, last year when my other son and his wife had a little firl it was like being in a candy shop all the
cute little girl baby clothes, but this year my youngest and his wife are having a boy and it is like 75% baby girl clothes and only 25% baby boy clothes and stuff.
Sears, Penny's, Walmart..............all the same story.
What gives ???
Guess I need to get out the sewing machine and make a couple outfits  :D

This is soo true Sr.Azizah. I used to think that I am the only one who note this :)
In almost all the stores, girls clothes are more in quantity, colors, style and sale :)
I love doing shopping for neices .
Try Old Navy, I dont know about infant sizes but they seem to have comparatively a good collections for boys.
Best of luck and Congratulations on becoming a grandma again:)

"They're sexist!" Cries Momma Mod!

I too have found this to be true! Sports, trucks or dinasours are the only subject clothes you can find!

Just wait until those girls get older...nothing but hooch wear, while boys have plenty of functional modest wear  >:(

So true... I chuckle in a sad way when you see a couple walking down the street. She is nearly naked in her halter belly shirt with low riders that look like they were painted on, meanwhile her bo is wearing a do rag and baseball hat, his shirt is down to his knees where his pants meet up and are so bulky he can barely walk!

On the flip side, in the late 70's as i was growing up, men wore really really tight polyester pants with polyester shirts open to the navel!

I shudder to think that by the time my son is in his late teens, that the fashion will recycle back to that time period!
