bath for Spill urine on body?

If "Urine" has been spilled on to the body is it necessary to have bath? Or is it ok to do just wudu? and what if it is or if it is doubted that it may have spilled on clothes or body?

[slm] It is better to ask detailed fiqh questions to your imam or local knowledgable person. You can also as a last resort check on the internet for answers to straightforward questions.
