HI evryone im new....well i had a question . See im in High school and i play basketball for the team...well since im a freshman i didnt kno the season would start right when Ramadan started I dont kno what to do. I barely have energy when i have eaten a lunch ...I dont kno what to do when im fasting. I could take a break from practice but if i do that then i wont be able to play when season starts...and i have practice evryday and twice evry other day.... So.. to sum evyrthing up...how would i play basketball and fast at the same time. ? PLZ i really need help if u can... thanks.... for reading my post Sister Say |

[slm] Have you spoken to your coach yet? How fulfilling is your suhur? At night you can carb load as well as eat enough protein? Carb loading takes about a week before its long term effects will help you. |

so what did you end up doing? the same thing happened to me last year. it was hard and i did it for a day or two, but then i decided that it was not worth it. i ended up quitting basketball. |
