| As salaam Alaikum, I was referred to this site by a sister named Azizah. Inshallah I will find it to be pleasing as she says. I am a member of AOL and while ina Islamic chat room I made a comment that I hate being in Islamic rooms and there are no other muslims in there and she, Azizah, proceded to recommend this site. It seem like many Islamic chat room always have a bunch of muslims haters in them and I don't go in them to argue with ignorance. So inshallah i hope this group will be very beneficial me and my deen. Well here's a little about me..............I live in Philadelphia and I'm 24 and married. My husband and I were just bless with a new baby girl alhumdulilah, she's 3months. I've been muslim now for 3yrs and married for 1 and 1/2yrs subhannaallah. I enjoy meeting with the sistas and being invloved in study groups. I am currently in an arabic class. Inshallah I will master the language. I don't chat with brothas so i would appreciate only being contacted by sistas unless it is STRICTY a message of beneficial knowledge, inshallah. Inshallah i will here from some sistas especially in the Philadelphia area. As salaam alaikum |

| [slm] I'm sorry but my daught basically got a a good nite schedule on her own, subhannallah. I just maintained the times she slept and was awake. The best advise i can give to to not let them sleep long when it gets close time for bed. If they fall alseep let them take a nap then wake them after some time don't prolong the sleep bc then they want to be up in the night. A warm bath, then some warm milk always helps too. Oh one more thing, to help them with determinig night from day....meaning sleep at night and play in the day....do just that...keep it dark and quiet at nite and don't play.. and in the day let the sun shine in or turn or lights and play alot..inshallah this will be benifical for u |
