Lamb Recipies Please

Lately I have gotten so tired of beef and chicken.
I love buffalo and am trying to get some at a decent price.
A friend just got an elk during hunting season and I was hoping
to get some of that  ;)
I tried cooking lamb the other day and it did not turn out well.
Just in the need for a change/variety.
Can some of you pretty please give me some lamb chop and leg
of lamb recipies.
Thank you  :)

Slow cook 3-4 hours...middle eastern and asian spices vary but I like a little
pepper, Basil leaf, curry...and served with rice. If you like it hot chopped asian chili
peppers...go easy though they can burn to the untrained taste bud

okay here is one from my friend from Bangladesh....chop one or two onions,
heat oil in a skillet, then put in your onions, garlic minced, blanched ginger,
blended then put in hot oil in skillet. You can get various asian spices to add
flavor...sour cream. Now add chopped 1-2 inch pieces of lamb to skillet and
let the lamb saturate in the spices on medium heat covered for at least 45
minutes to one hour. salt and pepper to taste. If you like spicy you can chop and add green chili. Serve with rice and good friends.

Wa - Salaam
