| Asalam a lakum all my brothers and sisters! I recently posted about my life and asked for your prayers. I would like to thank you for your prayers and alhumduilah my father became muslim through me a few days ago. It really has taken a big burden off my shoulders but now my mom has kicked him out and he has moved back to san antonio and when I graduate insha allah I do still plan to go to houston but I will spend time with him and get him involed and practicing but this is wonderful news that he became muslim through me and I had to share the wonderful news! In the fall of this year I do plan to attend Rice University in Houston and I hope to become very active in the muslim community there. But alhuduilah things are getting better so if anyone is going through a tuff time like i have just read my last post and keep the faith and things will surely get better insha allah. take care everyone and thank you for ur prayers. | [slm] sr aisha am so happy to hear from you again, thats great news about your father, may Allah swt make path easier for both of you. dont woory to much about your mom, its a natural attitude, continue to keep her in your duas. maybe somtime in the future Allah will guide her. |
