| slm, Yeah I feel bad for u ppl who have never experienced snow... we were trying to get a snowstorm both times abu hamza came up here but alas...this winter has been beautifully mild... There's postives and negatives to snow Positives -drinking a nice tea or hot chocolate after coming in -that feeling of praying ur school will be announced next and then jumping all around the house yelling that it's a snow day when ur school is announced then spending the absolutely best day ever -sledding -making forts -beautiful look of the trees -the quiet sparkly stillness at night during a storm -making money shoveling snow -walking on frozen ponds and lakes Negatives -cleaning and scraping off your car every morning -sitting in the freezing car warming it up -icy arctic cold -an event u've spent 6 months and meeting after meeting planning is completely snowed out -having to go to work/school in awful weather -learning to slide into ur turns and stopping at red lights wayy before -shoveling ur stairs and sidewalk i think actually snow is alot of fun when ur a kid, but after that i dunno.. ::) |

| Assalamu alaikum, Oh c'mon sis Kathy, you're never too old for jannah.org :D The weather has been great in Turkey for the past month but in two days back to ol' Troy and I'm wondering what kind of weather awaits me. InshaAllah not too much snow... wassalam, Aabidah |
