| Assalemu Alaikum In the name of Allah, the Beneficient, the Merciful: My mind is divided With pleasure and evil The right decision is clear But i'm tempted non-stop My desires consume me But surely, Hellfire I fear Please guide me, Oh Guider! Free me from this! The Shaytan has my mind on the run The evil draws near me I try not to stop it For naught but a short night of fun There's a lesson in this For those that believe We will surely be tested in strife But be not like me Follow not your desires May your faith overcome them this life It will not be easy A walk in the park Or else it would not be a test It will happen to you As it triumphed o'er me Stand firm and give it your best Heed not this lightly Don't shrug it aside My words are manifest proof In this life, not the next We repent and confess Deal justly and always aloof |
