| [slm]..... OK. Because I was feeling a bit mindless, I though it might be because of food deprivation so I walk to the gas station since it's a rare occasion where there is actually warm sunshine in Olympia. I'm at the register and this Chinese with blond hair guy is with this American 5 yr old. Cute little white girl. I notice that they are both staring at me so I look and smile at them. He then says, "She says you look just like her mom." So I'm thinking 3 possible things....1. poor little girl's blind as a bat 2. this guy is trying to pick me up or what? 3. she was adopted by an asian woman who wears a hijab So I reply..."that's so sweet", smile at her not looking at the guy, turn to the cashier quickly and the little girl walks away with the guy following her. I don't know what do you think? Allah (SWT) bless.... Ma-assalaamah.... |
