| [slm] Hey bros, just wondering if any of you guys or gurls ;) drink protein shakes? and if you do what brand is good?? whats whey protein??? is there a difference between whey and soy protein?? and is there anything i need to watch for like haram ingridents?? also i noticed in another post about how gelatin isnt halal. but i take health supplements and they come in those plastic look alike capsuals which are made of gelatin is there any way around that??? thanks mohmmad [wlm] |

| [slm] As for the gelatin pills, simply open them and swallow whatever is inside. I do it sometimes with ginseng capsules. [wlm] |
