I need on line clip art. Stuff I can just copy and paste.

I spent hours last night looking for the Arabic Alphabet individual letters, numbers and traditional sayings. I want to use it for a coloring book for kids.

Can you help me Insha Allah?

It would indeed be nice to have it available online, and free. What is available in this category isn't exactly what one has in mind. Here is a site, go there, they have some free tutor available, and if one is able to play with images (enlarging, cutting portions etc.) in Windows "Paint ", or similar software, the individual letters can be so produced as to meet your requirements.

Here is another link, that gives you free lessons. All the lessons are downloadable as a zip file (177 kb). The link to the next lesson is usually at the bottom of the page, but sometimes near the begining of the current lesson as well.

In the 4th lesson this has some mention of a gin and tonic, It is a UK consulate in India site, and I notice that the pronunciation isn't exactly Arabic, but more Indian and British.

I enlarged the above image by 5 times (500%), and inverted the colors, and see what we have. Can the children color this?

Not quite what I was looking for! Imagine one of the kids turning that letter into the teacher andy saying... But, this is how Sr. Kathy writes shiin!

It looks like it dropped off an alien space ship!

I just can't believe there are no individual letters on the internet that I can copy and paste that look normal!

Thanks for trying!

salam,

what you can do is download an arabic font and then in microsoft word do Insert > Symbol using a character map thingy and pick out which letter you want to insert.. then you can change the font to a really big size and see if you can play with the font attributes to make  it an outline...

btw they have some great books... like color our arabic letters and numbers and stuff that have what ur looking for
