Tips for ppl who shop online

slm,

yes i know i'm a shopaholic!!! and its like i don't shop in stores but online b/c its so much easier to shop and compare and look for bargains!!

anyways here are my tips:

- for airline tickets: use travelocity.com or orbitz.com or cheapflights.com or cheaptickets.com, if you don't care about times/and taking weird flights go for priceline.com. make sure to do the notify email thing where they'll send u an email if the price drops or increases.. and also sometimes sales from your home city. sometimes... very rarely u can get good specials thru the airline itself but again rarely

- for books: there's nothing better than amazon.com - use the used section and buy it "like new" from amazon approved bookstores... after all ur just going to read it right... u can get books in good conditions u'd pay 20 bux at barnes and noble for like 2 bux!!

- computers and cameras and stuff...there are tons of places online but of course beware of those shady places... big sites like newegg.com buy.com ebuyer.com usually have some good deals... i am a big fan of dell.com --u can look around on the web for "coupon codes" and enter those to get big discounts to get what you need... there are a number of different dell stores ie home store, business store and the outlet and u can use diff coupons for diff stuff
http://www.techbargains.com/dellcoupons.cfm

also i like sites like fatwallet.com but the problem is once someone posts a great deal thousands of ppl go out and try to buy it at the same time!

- make sure to become a member on these sites...use a seconary email account b/c they'll always spam you... also never save your credit card information in those accounts just in case

- and always print and save the order info and check ur credit cards to make sure everything is accurate immediately and that no one has stolen ur # and is charging weird stuff

aritey happy shoppin'

pls add if u have any

also, for selling stuff www.craigslist.org is a good site..my husband is hooked on it or atleast 4 hours a day  ::)...I particularly like it because you can select your city and so you are dealing within ur local area and ppl can just come and pick stuff up. But, you shld always except cash.

Any idea of the cheapest place to buy individual servings , under 3 cups, of Zam zam water... thinking of selling it as a fund raiser for the library.

wlm,

I'd buy a big ole thing or better yet get someone going to Umrah/Saudi to bring it  back with them. Then buy some mini water containers from the dollar store and then sell em!!

That way you could make a better profit and buy us some [] while ur at it!!

You can buy 'cheap' expensive bike stuff at www.bikenashbar.com. Ebay is still the place to get excellent bargains...
