| Assalaam Allaikum Sisters and Brothers. May I request duas. Many of you know my life has been filled with great stress the last 16 months. Lately I have been getting tightness and pain in the chest. A little short of breath. Dizziness and cronically tired and such. Now I am sure it is just my stressful life stress and anger can do this to a person. But it has gotten to the point where I am scared now and will finally go see a doctor (which I have been saying before I would but never did) I am going tomorrow. I don't want heart problems at 43. I am kind of scared so please remember me in your prayers if I may ask. I WILL go to the doctors tomorrow. |

| wlm, YES, azizah you MUST go inshallah and don't worry most things go away on their own over time and are not at all serious. But going to the doctor helps because if your immune system isn't recovering as quickly because of stress he/she can give you some tips and maybe some antibiotics to help it along. So don't worry!! Just get it checked out :) |

| Thank you Jannah What worries me is I am not at all ill. I have had 6 colds in the last 8 1/2 months. But I am not at all ill or coughing. Stress and exursion brings it on. It is only 75 here and I have a self prepelled mower and I get tired and chest pains after 10 minutes or less. They say stress and anger can bring on bad health. I seem to have my over load of stress and anger. Yesterday I got sharp pains I almost went to the hospital but they went away. Today it is just mild pains and pressure. I'm sure it is just stress. ::) |

| [slm] Let us know how you get on at the doctors. I wouldn't jump to the worse conclusion if I were you, as far as I know (and I dunno much to be honest), you if you get pains in your left arm then you should worry and definitely get yourself to a A&E (ER I think in the US). Love & Duaas |

| Salam, I think it is a good idea to go to the doctor. I have generalized anxiety disorder and some of the things you are describing are the same as some of my symptoms. It might not be an anxiety disorder, but don't leave it....it really doesn't hurt to talk to the doctor. I wish you well. Let us know what the doc says Inshallah khair Nina |
