q. does cardiovascular exercises prolong life?
a. your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it...don't waste time on
exercise...everything wears out, speading up your heart beats will not make you
live longer...your aim is to slow down your heart beats, that's accomplished by
increasing the amount of your naps.

q. should I cut down on meat and eat more fried fruits & vegetables?
a. you must grasp logistical efficiencies.
what does a cow eat? hay, corn and grass. and what are these? vegetables.
so a steak is nothing more than a vehicle delivering vegetables to your system.
   need grain? eat chicken.

q. how can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
a. well, if you have a body, and you have fat,
your ratio is 1 to 1...
if you have 2 bodies, your ratio is 2 to 1, etc.

q. what are some advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
a. can't think of a single one... sorry...
their philosophy is: no pain = no gain...
my philosophy is: no pain = no pain...
   see the advantage?

q. aren't fried foods bad for you?
a. you're not listening! foods are fried in vegetable oil. in fact they're permeated
in it...how could getting more vegetables be bad for you?

q. will sit-ups help me reduce the mass of my stomach?
a. definitely not!
when you exercise a muscle, it get's bigger.
you should only perform sit-ups if you want your stomach to get larger.

q. is chocolate bad for me?
a. are you crazy? hello!!!
   cocoa beans, another vegetable!
it's the best feel-good food around!
   it's natures viagra...
