Happy the man who freed himself from his "self" and united himself with the Infinite. When you sought refuge in the Qur'an of God, you mingled yourself with the essence of the prophets. The Qur'an is a narrative of the states of the prophets who glory in the blessed ocean of His majesty.

Do not regard yourself as infamous or weak.
Reflect upon your aspirations, O noble one.
No matter what your station be,
keep searching.
For this pursuit is a blessed course.
This quest removes all impediments to God.

Love is the flame which, when it blazes,
consumes everything other than the Beloved.
The lover wields the sword of Nothingness
in order to dispatch all but God:
consider what remains after Nothing.
There remains but God: all the rest is gone.
Praise to you, O mighty Love, destroyer of all other "gods."

Vain, boastful talk repels acts of kindness
and tears the branch of mercy from the trunk of the tree.
Speak honestly or else be silent,
and then behold grace and delight in it.

Rejoice in sorrow; it will unite you with God. Bow down and reach the highest peak. Turn inward, toward the heart, and delight in the green shade of trees and many gushing springs.

Knowledge is light; avarice ice.
Knowledge is water; this world dirt.
A trickle of wisdom appears from beyond
to check the vices of this world.
Should the trickle become abundant,
none would endure, be it virtue or vice.

Because of your humility God granted you the gift of insight. Go toward the peach tree, which has sprung to life. It has become lush green by the command "Be!" Beneath its shade all your needs will be fulfilled. Such is divine alchemy that the crooked become straight. As God revealed, "Its roots are firm in the earth, its branches in the sky."
