Recipes for Ramadan

[slm] OK, let's share some recipes for Ramadan. You know the special dishes (generally sweet) that one makes during Ramadan. Mine are all traditional desi type foods, so am sincerely hoping for some inspiration, as I also have an 18 year old nephew staying wih us this year. I think something with chocolate as the main ingredient will remind him of his own mum and her cooking less, so take pity on my husbands quietly homesick nephew. Wassalaam
