A Thread of Encouragement

During this Ramadan I thought it might be nice if we could all share with one another (Reverts and Born Muslims) what has been your biggest struggle being and / or becoming a Muslim and how did Allah help you work it out. Thus the reason for the title. I'm hoping this will be a 'thread' of encouragement. To provide hope and encouragement to those who may be struggling with things and to show the wonderful compassion and mercy Allah bestows upon us.
