Caution: Medications and side effects FYI

Due to some very unpleasant side effects I have had and the shocking
every day normal thing that caused it I wanted to share this with you all.

Even though the Chemist/Pharmacist usually goes over things when you
pick up your Rx.  Sometimes they don't tell you everything.

I wanted to put this out here in hopes it helps someone.
I am a majorly addicted tea drinker.
Ice tea in the summer and like 1/2 a gal a day.
I also in the cooler temps hot tea, maybe 3 to 6 cups a day.

I've been on a medication and also having what I would consider mini panic attacks. Rised heart rate, hyper  feeling, nervousness. I just thought it was due to the stress in my life.
Come to find out that caffiene and this med causes elevated blood pressure, the feeling of your heart racing and nervousness.
Something as simple as the every day cup of tea.Within a day of drinking no tea at all I felt an incrediable difference. That quick.

So just be careful if you're on medication,  not only check with your doctor and Pharmacist, but research the drug yourself. Sometimes our medical people are so busy they can't remember everything for everyone.
I always research on the computer any tests or medications or
test results so I have all info possible.
Remember Docs and Pharmacist and only mere 'educated' men and women they are not God. They are not perfect.
Take some responsability for your own health.
After all you are the one who has to live with the consequences not them.

Although most of us know these things, and also understand their importance, sometimes we do tend to overlook them and end up feeling sorry for ourselves for that.

Thus I believe it is indeed important to refresh one's memory about these seemingly simple (but really significant) everyday cares and thoughts, and would like to thank you sister doing just that. (Jazak Allah!)

Especially in our desi countries, there is usually less knowledge (and lesser inclination to gain it) on the parts of our chemists and druggists about the drugs that they sell. We do need to be a little wise about judging what we should take and what not.

May Allah (SWT) guide us all, for verily HE is the best of guides.
