| [slm] InshaAllah you are all doing well. I'd just like to ask you for some advice - as you've already noticed in the title, I am interested in improving my tajweed. My plan was to listen to recitation of the quran whilst i have the quran in front of me and repeat/read along aloud. However I am a very slow reader and was wondering is there any reciter you would recommend more than another for this purpose? Also if you know of any sites that would help me with improving tajweed, it would be greatly appreciated. JazakAllah |

| [wlm] here is a links site: http://www.easyquest.com/Tajweed_com.htm it gives lots of info. and the best site and most comprehensive I have found for rules and examples: http://www.abouttajweed.com/ and the Quran printed in different colors for ease of following tajwee rules, also software for the same: http://www.dar-al-maarifah.com/ The mashaf in different colors is also printed with rules by Maktabae asha`atul Islam 125 A, Sant Nagar New Delhi 65 India see the first site for more links. |
