Palestinian Donates Slain Kid Parts for Israeli Children

RAMALLAH, November 6, 2005 (IslamOnline.net & News Agencies) – The grieving family of a 12-year-old Palestinian child, who died Saturday, November 5, of Israeli wounds, have donated his body parts to save the lives of Israeli children.

"Despite the pain, (the family) made a very courageous decision," Mostafa Haboub, the uncle of slain Ahmed Al-Khatib, told the Israeli Television, reported the Voice of America on its Web site.

"This is part of our culture," he said.

"As Muslims we can tell the world that we are not terrorists," added the distressed uncle.

Khatib was shot by Israeli occupation forces on Thursday, the first day of `Eid Al-Fitr, which marks the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, in the northern West Bank town of Jenin.

He was taken to hospital in northern Israel with serious head and stomach wounds and breathed his last Saturday.

Following an initial inquiry, the Israeli army said soldiers mistook the toy gun the boy was brandishing for the real thing. Only later did they discover the weapon was plastic.

Khatib's death brings to 4,877 the number of people killed since the start of Al-Aqsa Intifada, mostly Palestinians.

"I did not expect the `Eid gift to be a bullet by the Israelis," the child's grieving father, Ismail, told the Palestinian news agency (WAFA), fighting back his tears.

He refuted the Israeli claim that the child carried a toy gun, asserting his son carried no toys.

"He has not bought any toy yet before his killing," said the father, adding he found all the money his son got in his pocket.

"The Israeli soldiers shot my son in the waste, he fall on the ground, when he tried to stand again, they shot him in the head," Ismail said.

He accused the Israeli forces of perpetrating a war crime, appealing for the Israeli Knesset and rights advocates to unravel the truth in his son's murder case.

Ismail, nonetheless, decided to donate his slain son's heart, lung, kidneys and liver to save Jewish lives, said the Voice of America.

"Israeli children are our children…We are doing this because we believe in peace."

Israelis 'harvest' organs from shot Palestinian children

AL-KHALIL (IRNA) - The Zionist state has tacitly admitted that
doctors at the Israeli forensic institute at Abu Kabir had extracted
the vital organs of three Palestinian teenage children killed by the
Israeli Army nearly ten days ago.

Zionist Minister of Health Nessim Dahhan said in response to a
question by Arab member of the Zionist Parliament 'Knesset', Ahmed
Teibi, on Tuesday that he couldn't deny that organs of Palestinian
youths and children killed by the Israeli forces were taken out for
transplants or scientific research.

"I couldn't say for sure that something like that (taking out the
organs) didn't happen."

Teibi said he had received credible evidence proving that Israeli
doctors at the forensic institute extracted such vital organs as the
heart, kidneys, and liver from the bodies of Palestinian youths and
children killed by the Israeli Army in Gaza and the West Bank.

The Israeli authorities normally detain the bodies of martyred
Palestinians for a few days without any explanation.

The Israeli Army on December 30 killed three Palestinian boys, aged
14-15 near Khan Younis in unclear circumstances.

The army issued conflicting reports on the killing, while
Palestinian sources charged that Israeli troops murdered the three
unarmed boys in cold blood.

The bodies of the three boys were handed over to the Palestinians
for burial on 6 January.

However, shortly before burial, Palestinian medical authorities
examined the bodies and found out that the main vital organs were
missing from the bodies.

The Israeli media have nearly completely ignored the affair.

It is obvious that the Zionists killed the boy to take his organs. They do this all the time. Every time they murder some one, they lie about it.
Every time a Israeli needs a Organ, they go to the Palistinian areas and shot some people in the head. If their Organs don't match the Organs of the Jew, they shot some more until they find a match.

I am a Muslim and I shoot animals. I shoot birds to eat and I shoot virmin to exterminate them.
If people think of Humans as animals, they will shoot people for their body
parts and to exterminate them.
So what does the Talmud say?

Yebamoth 98a. All Gentile children are animals.
Sanhedrin 59a: "Murdering Goyim is like killing a wild animal."
Schabouth Hag. 6b: "Jews may swear falsely by use of subterfuge wording."
Hilkkoth Akum Z1: "Do not save Goyim (Gentiles) in danger of death.
Baba Mezia 114a-114b. Only Jews are human ("Only ye are designated men").

Dr. Siddiqi form president of ISNA was asked:

Q1. Is it permissible in Islam to give your heart or other parts of your body after you die to people in need of them? (M.J. Jordan Jr.)

He answered:

A 1. This question has been very much debated by the jurists (Fuqaha') in recent years. The Supreme Council of Ulama' in Riyadh (as per their resolution no. 99 dated 6 Dhul Qi'dah 1402) has allowed both organ donation and organ transplantation in the case of necessity (idtirar). The organ can be taken from the body of a living person with his/her consent and approval and also from the body of a dead person. In the case of a living person, the jurists have stipulated that this donation should not deprive him/her of vital organs. It should also not cause risk to his/her normal life. The Fiqh Academy of the Muslim World League, Makkah also allowed organ donation and transplantation in its 8th session held between 28 Rabi'ul Thani - 7 Jumadal Ula, 1405. The Fiqh Academy of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Jeddah during the year 1408 and the Mufti of Egypt Dr. Saeed al-Tantawi also allowed the use of the body organs of a person who has died in an accident, if the necessity requires the use of any organ to cure a patient, provided that a competent and trustworthy Muslims physician makes this decision.
It is important to note that most of the Fuqaha' have allowed the donation of the organs only. They do not allow the sale of the human organs. Their position is that the sale of human organs violates the rules of the dignity and honor of human being and so it will be haram. Some jurists suggest that because people have become too materialistic and it may not be possible to find a free organ, so under necessity one can purchase the organs, but a Muslim should never sell his/her organs.
