| salam, so has anyone braved the cold and early hours to get to the black friday early sales??? i'm sooo thinking about doing it to get one of these sub-$500 laptops...http://www.fatwallet.com/t/24/544256 but are there hundreds of people that show up early? do they push and shove or what.. anyone try it last year?? |

| [slm] I didn't do it last year, but I did it the year before, and at some stores it was very orderly but other stores like Best Buy it was kinda out of hand, as some people tried to cut in line and then people got upset with them and tried to beat them up. Yesterday, the XBOX 360 was released, and people were camping out at target, circuit city, and other stores the night before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This $300 system is selling for as high as $2600 on ebay. I guess people went in and bought it and are selling it online. Walmart is opening up at 5 a.m. out here on Friday, and they have a sub $400 notebook. |
