[color=darkred] slm, Your duas worked alhamdulillah :) InshaAllah I will be going to Hajj this year (if our visa comes thru inshaAllah!!)!! Before and after Hajj I will be traveling, so it's an exciting yet crazy time. I don't want to shutdown the Madina for this time, so to make things easier for the moderators and everyone, this will be the schedule the next few weeks: This week: Any newbies or lurkers should register to have access. Next week: Madina will be closed to any new registrants Week after: Madina will be only open for registered users. They will have to login thereafter. After some time: Madina will be re-opened for everyone again. Ok then, It'll be interesting to see how the Madina will be when everyone has to login everytime. Sorry for the annoyance, but inshaAllah your computer can store your password in the cache or something so it'll be easy.. Ok and please please make dua that everything goes well and our Hajj is accepted and I will definitely make dua for you all as well :) wsalaam wrt [/color]

[slm] Jannah Alhamdulillah...mabrook for being chosen by Allah SWT to be one of those special people who are invited to His special place on earth.  Alhamdulillah, Inshallah, my mom and dad will also be going this Haj season.  Their flight will leave here on 3rd Jan. Of course I will be worried silly abt my mom going cos of her illness and all that but I am confident Allah SWT will give the very best for her. Wouldn't it be so cool if u were to meet them on your pilgrimage ? LOL..altho the probability of that happening is like what ? 1 million to 2 ? I pray that Allah SWT give you the strength to complete the journey and may you also receive a haj that is mabroor, Amin. Wassalam

InshaAllah I pray that all the visas and formalities go through and you are able to perform your Hajj without any difficulties. I have said this before many times on this board and no doubt will say it many times in the future but no matter how many times you go on Umrah, you only get the chance of making du’a on the plains of Arafat during Hajj !! InshaAllah everyone on the board will get the chance to experience the feeling of this sublime day. Make the most of it Jannah and make sure you post your Hajj diary when you return. ;-) Wasalaam Khalid *mutters to Abdul Basir that he feels the onset of PHD approaching*
